EARLY DISMISSALS
Wednesday, February 10th will be a 1:30 dismissal for teacher inservice.
Thursday, February 18th will be a 1:30 dismissal for P-T conferences.
Wednesday, February 24th will be a 1:30 dismissal for teacher in-service.

CONFERENCES
Parent/teacher conferences will be held Monday, February 15th and Thursday, February 18th.
SNOW MAKE UP DAY
There will be a makeup day on April 5th, the day after Easter. This will not be an early dismissal
day. At this time the rest of the days will be made up at the end of the school year and
our last day will be June 3rd.
HOOPS FOR HOPE

on Hoops for Hope, which will be held at the basketball game on Tuesday, February 9th. All
proceeds will go towards cancer.
About Our School
Approximately 116 students in fourth, fifth, and sixth grades
in the Southeast Warren Community School District attend the Intermediate
School here in Lacona, Iowa.
The students read to learn, do more advanced math computations,
and explore the world around them. They also learn how to daily
interract with others in a caring and productive way.
